Drape the dough around your your pan, letting the sides hang over, then place a cooked and cooled circle of dough at the bottom of the pan.
Add sauce, pepperonis and mozzarella cheese, and then top with another layer of cooked and cooled dough.
Continue that process until you reach the top of the pan. Roll the overlaying dough up to create a "crust" for your pizza.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sides are completely cooked.
