ร้านน้ำ (Nahm) ย่านสาทร ติดอันดับ 50 ร้านอาหารดีที่สุดในโลก

 

 

นิตยสาร เรสเตอร์รอง แมกกาซีน ทำการจัดอันดับ 50 ร้านอาหารที่ดีที่สุดในโลก โดยมีร้านน้ำ (Nahm) บนโรงแรม เมโทรโพลิแทน ( Metropolitan) ถนนสาทรใต้ เป็นร้านอาหารไทยแห่งเดียวที่ติดโผนี้ด้วย

ร้าน Nahm เป็นร้านอาหารไทยที่มีสาขาแรกตั้งในกรุงลอนดอน ของอังกฤษ ซึ่งเคยได้รับรางวัลรับรองมาตรฐาน 1 ดาว จากมิชลิน เจ้าของเป็นเชฟชาวออสเตรเลีย ชื่อ David Thompson

ส่วนอันดับที่ 1เป็นของแชมป์ 3 ปีซ้อนอย่างร้าน Noma restaurant จากกรุงโคเปนเฮเก้น ของประเทศเดนมาร์ก

ในการจัดอันดับจะมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักชิมจากทั่วโลกทั้งหมด 800คน แต่ละคนโหวตได้ 7 ร้าน เป้นร้านอาหารในภูมิภาคของตน 4 ร้าน และเป็นร้านนอกภูมิภาคอีก 3ร้าน แต่ห้ามเป็นร้านของตัวเองหรือเป็นผู้มีผลประโยน์ร่วม
