A very common occurrence of few youths setting fires to tires causing road blocks. Police usually arrive 5-30 minutes to the scene to put the fire out. The youths claim its peaceful protesting while road users claim it's a menace. It's worth reporting that such acts occur only in Shitte populated areas. The police always encourage citizens to be patient & not to interfere with any act (even extinguishing them) as in one reported case; a Good Samaritan's car was targeted with a Molotov cocktail. It's also unlikely that either the injured young man or the driver would report such incident officially as both are likely to be jailed for sometime
